Why I’m Qualified To Help
I’m a trained plumber and well service contractor and have years of experience in the field in new construction plumbing originally. I have a commercial and residential background. My dad was a general contractor when I was around 13 years old so I grew up being around plumbers. He would have me working with subcontractors helping them dig and whatever else they needed. My personal experience is over 25 years of plumbing and well service. Justin Dorsey Plumbing in Danville, Indiana is where I had a comprehensive apprenticeship. It’s one of the best apprenticeship programs in the state of Indiana.
Before I began my apprenticeship, I worked for a well service company located in Zionsville, Indiana and was trained by an older gentleman who was a Korean War Veteran. Eight years of well and plumbing training combined with the over 25 years of experience in the field qualifies me to serve my customers needs.
How Did I Become An Expert In The Field?
I was trained and mentored by Journeymen plumbers who were at a very high skill level and had many different expertise. A mentor named Tony Arnold who could fix anything taught me and was one of the reasons I became such a good plumber today. One of the other reasons is that I strive to properly diagnose hard to solve problems when others have fallen short. You learn a lot being out there and I have seen many plumbing problems which have given me an education as well. There’s really not a whole lot of room for trial and error. When I see a problem I stay until the job is done and the problem is fixed.
How I Help Customers
What I offer is honest, fair priced repairs and new installations. If customers want something replaced or installed I provide quality workmanship, top of the line equipment, and warranties included. I’m an honest plumber without high pressure sales tactics. I actually repair stuff without trying to sell you more products. I offer value by respecting your home – ie. put on boot covers. I offer emergency services without extra fees, service agreements, and discounts for veterans.
Customers call me up and I ask questions to try to find out what their problems are. I get them on my schedule and go to their home. When I arrive at their business or residence I greet them at their door with boot covers ready to go to work. I diagnose their problem and give them upfront pricing for repairs or new installations. I strive to make a connection and build long-term relationships with all my customers. It’s really about them and the fact that they are entrusting with their home so I want to make sure I respect that at all times. I do things in people’s houses that I would want done for me or for my mom. That has always served my customers and me well.

I keep a low overhead and don’t do any paid advertising which is one of the ways I save my customers money. Unlike bigger companies, I don’t have to put big markups on my services. My labor rates are less than my competitors. I pay tax on my parts and I don’t charge my customers tax on the entire bill. I offer service agreements that give discounted services and also offer discounts to veterans. I also offer a Speedway gift card to people who refer their friends and family.
Qualification And Credentials
My company – Central Indiana Plumbing and Well Service is an approved apprenticeship program by the Department Of Labor – Office of Apprenticeship, a member of the Better Business Bureau, and a member of the PHCC – Plumbing Heating Commission. I’m a licensed plumber.
