We have had Christian out to our house several times to check our system and most recently replace our 20+ year old pressure tank, switch, and now even our well pump. He is a good Christian man who is upright, on-time, a good communicator, very knowledgable (20+ years experience), and genuinely cares about his work and his customers. He also has a good working relationship with C&J which helps for larger jobs like ours where he needs to partner with others. In our situation, all of these items failed in relatively short order (due to age) and he went out of his way to make us top priority and work with us to get everything taken care of - including lining up C&J to clean out our well. I would give him a sixth star if I could!

Christian came out at around 1 am to install a new sump pump in our basement after we realized ours had failed and our basement started to flood. He was quick, professional, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. We really appreciate his service and getting us taken care of last minute and in the middle of the night. I’d recommend Christian and his company to anyone that needs plumbing or well service.

Wonderful service, very helpful and knowledgeable in plumbing. Called him one day about a new water system and he had it installed the next day. Had typical country rust water and needed some utilities moved across my house for renovations. Thanks to the professionalism and know how of Central Indiana Plumbing and Well Service. I have top tier quality water and everything was moved just as I needed. I had a re-pipe, blow-down filter, in-line filter, iron filter, water softener, water heater with a thermal expansion tank, and a manifold installed to control all my fixtures individually. They also identified a leak on my main line from my pump which is keeping moisture out of my crawl space and stopping unnecessary pump cycles which is saving my electric bill. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of business! Thanks Central!

					Ive used this company several times! Christian is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure that the problem is completely fixed. Once, we had a backed up sewer leaking into our basement and he made sure it was fixed for us immediately. Great Guy, and Great service!

No, we never charge extra for nights/weekends or holidays.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Do you offer financing?

Unfortunately, we do not offer financing, but can link you with those who specialize in home improvement loans.

Do you require a deposit prior to work being done?

On dig jobs or special ordered items a 50% non refundable deposit is required.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes, to Veterans, Active Duty Military and their spouses.

Can you give estimates over the phone?

No, every plumbing system is different therefore we need to see what is on site before making a proper diagnosis.

We serve a 25 mile radius from our shop located just outside of Colfax, IN.

We are located on U.S. 52 just outside of Colfax, IN.

What do you charge per hour?

We do not charge an hourly rate. We give up front pricing and will not start without approval.

What do you charge for a service call?

Standard Plumbing service call is $75.00 Well Pump Service is $150.00.
